微生物生物技术

微生物生物技术研究方向以杨谦教授为学科带头人的研究团队,团队成员包括宋金柱教授、张军政副教授、丛华讲师,现有博士研究生10人,硕士研究生13人。课题组先后承担了国家863高技术项目2项、国家自然科学基金项目2项,国家教委项目2项,国际合作项目1项,地方攻关项目2项。在环境保护、生物防治、生物工程等方面进行了卓有成效的探索。在植物病害的生物防治的研究方面,自1994年以来与泰国蒙格克特王家理工大学Dusanee博士合作开展利用毛壳菌、木霉菌等重要生物防治真菌对各种植物土传病害防治机理的研究,开展在果树蔬菜等植物上防治各种真菌病害的效果观察;在基因工程的研究方面,该研究团队在国内外首次通过基因工程手段,利用植物病原真菌抗药性基因转化植物病害生物防治菌,成功地将苯并咪唑类杀菌剂的抗性基因转入了木霉菌、毛壳菌中。此项成果解决了国际上用了10多年时间没有解决的难题,达到了国际领先水平;在生物防治真菌的基因组研究方面,已构建了高质量的哈茨木霉、毛壳菌菌丝体时期的cDNA文库并对6505条随机克隆进行了EST序列测定与生物信息学分析,并将所获得数据成功登录到GenBank中,为进一步开展其它生防真菌的功能基因组研究提供了思路与技术支持。

在国内外期刊发表文章260多篇,在科学出版社等出版机构出版专著11部,申请专利5项,鉴定成果5项,黑龙江省科技进步二等奖2项、黑龙江省科技发明二等奖1项黑、黑龙江省自然科学二等奖1项,主持国际会议11次。
