研究内容
本研究室以胰腺癌吉西他滨耐药细胞为模型,探讨胰腺癌化疗耐药的关键调控分子及其作用的分子机制,为降低胰腺癌化疗耐药提供新的分子靶点。重点关注在胰腺肿瘤干细胞干性的形成与维持中发挥作用的长链非编码RNA,分析其作用方式及调控的信号通路。
Research Interests
Our laboratory uses gemcitabine-resistant models of pancreatic cancer to explore the fundamental molecules associated with the chemoresistance of pancreatic cancer and investigate the underlying molecular mechanisms, thereby provide a new molecular target for reducing the chemoresistance of pancreatic cancer. Specific areas of focus in the laboratory include exploring the long non-coding RNA that play a role in the formation and maintenance of pancreatic cancer stem cells. The function and regulated signal pathway of related lncRNA are dissected.
