研究内容
1、泛素化修饰:探索泛素化酶、去泛素化酶、泛素应激小体等蛋白质机器与发育、疾病发生的关系,利用蛋白质组学、分子生物学、细胞生物学等技术绘制泛素化组修饰图谱,发掘疾病诊断标志物,研发治疗新策略。
2、水熊虫抗逆机制及应用:在国内首创水熊虫实验室繁育体系,致力于解析水熊虫非凡的抗逆能力分子基础,研发抗辐射等新方法、新技术、新材料。
Research Interests (word limit 150)
1. Ubiquitination Modification: Explore the relationship between protein machines (e.g., ubiquitin ligases, deubiquitinating enzymes, Ubstressome) and development/disease occurrence. Employ proteomics, molecular biology, cell biology and other technologies to map the ubiquitinome modification profile, identify disease diagnostic biomarkers, and develop novel therapeutic strategies.
2. Tardigrade Stress Resistance Mechanisms and Applications: Pioneered the establishment of a scalable laboratory culture system for tardigrades in China. Focus on elucidating the molecular basis of their extraordinary stress resistance, and develop novel radiation-resistant methods, technologies, and materials.
