长期聚焦心血管急危重症“难识别、难干预” 难题,从事病因学及临床转化研究。提出 “炎症风暴导致心血管损伤” 病因理论,揭示心力衰竭等疾病的炎症微环境调控分子机制,发掘主动脉瘤等疾病的预警生物标志物,建立分子分型诊疗标准。开发生物标志物检测体系与代谢解读方案,搭建基础 - 临床 - 转化平台,发现新致病基因与治疗靶点,构建快速诊断策略及新型治疗方案,助力疾病早期预警与精准诊治。
Research Interests (word limit 150)
Prof. Du has long focused on the bottlenecks of difficult identification and intervention in acute and critical cardiovascular diseases, engaging in etiological and clinical transformation research. He proposed the etiological theory of inflammatory storm-induced cardiovascular injury, revealed the molecular mechanism of inflammatory microenvironment regulation in heart failure and other diseases, identified early warning biomarkers for aortic aneurysm, and established molecular typing diagnosis and treatment standards. He developed biomarker detection systems and metabolic interpretation schemes, built a basic-clinical-translational platform, discovered new pathogenic genes and therapeutic targets, and constructed rapid diagnosis strategies and novel treatment regimens to support early warning and precision medicine of diseases.
