医学物理学：
1.高端诊疗仪器的硬件设计，尤其是以电磁场为工具的原件设计，诸如磁共振磁体模块设计。
2.高端诊疗仪器的软件设计，包括信号的收发采集以及后期的图像处理，诸如磁共振脉冲序列设计。
生物信息 ：
1.运用基因组学手段，研究人体在各种极端情况下的的代谢紊乱机制以及人体内稳态重建过程 。
2.肠道微生物与人体代谢失衡的关联研究，以及中医药的对肠道菌群微生物群环境的调节机制。
Research Interests
Medical Physics:
1. Medical instruments hardware design based on electromagnetic model.
Medical magnetic sensor ; Magnetic resonance imaging hardware including main magnet, RF coil , Gradient coil.
2. Medical instruments software design.
Magnetic resonance imaging pulse sequence design; magnetic resonance imaging processing.
Bio-informatics :
1. The mechanism of metabolic disorder and the homeostasis reconstruction process in human body under various extreme conditions.
2. The relationship between intestinal microorganisms and metabolic imbalance of human body, and the regulation mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine on intestinal microbiota environment.
