研究内容
耐药和转移是导致肿瘤患者不良预后的重要原因,“肿瘤基因功能研究团队” 综合利用细胞生物学,生物化学,分子生物学等研究方法,以小鼠为主要动物模型,结合肿瘤患者标本检测和相关信息分析展开以下研究,为提高肿瘤的治疗效果提供线索,为抑制肿瘤的转移提供新的解释和分子靶点。
1. 包括长链非编码RNA在内的癌基因以及抑癌基因的活化机制及功能研究
2. 肿瘤与微环境的互作机制研究
Research Interests
Prof. Hu leads the tumor gene function study group with a focus on novel targets that modulate mechanisms of drug resistance and cancer metastasis, the leading reasons for the resultant mortality of patients with cancer. The group currently uses a combination of cellular and molecular strategies, animal tumor models and human samples to work on the following specific issues in the field:
1. The activation and function of oncogenes, as exampled by ASPP family proteins
2. The roles and mechanisms of long non coding RNA (lncRNA) in cancer
3. The interconnection between tumor cell and tumor microenvironment
