内容简介:

Our research is focused on a family of non-coding RNAs called microRNAs. Thousands of human protein-coding genes are regulated by microRNAs, and microRNAs may act as master regulators for many important biological pathways. In this talk, I'll present the translational aspect of microRNA research by introducing  a few projects in our lab that are focused on using miRNA as biomarkers for predicting cancer outcome, as well as potential therapeutic agents for cancer treatment.
